All of our projects are unique and custom-designed to meet the needs of our clients. Below, are just a small sample of some of the projects we have completed.
Technical Documentation
Re-designed the technical operational and maintenance documentation for a global pharmaceutical packager. The project helped to prepare the client for a series of regulatory inspections across several plant locations. Documentation was standardized and harmonized across six plants located in the US, Brazil, and Canada.
Equipment Maintenance Systems
Determined the maintenance requirements for all packaging equipment for a global generic pharmaceutical packager. Maintenance requirements had never been formalized or managed throughout the plant placing the client at regulatory risk. Our system was rigorously scrutinized by investigating agencies and was found to successfully meet all regulatory requirements in addition to client operational needs.
Major Corporate Training Initiative
Designed and implemented a corporate-wide training initiative for a national grocery store chain to improve the leadership and management competence of approximately 8,000 retail food store managers and co-managers. The initiative addressed basic skill issues as well as the challenges imposed by a major re-organization, a complete change in corporate management, and the implementation of new technology that completely changed the nature of work at the store level. The project included the design and implementation of a corporate-wide training strategy that solved the problem of how to provide those 8,000 managers with the required 32 hours of training at many locations across the country in less than six months.
Pharmacy of the Future
We were the prime training and technical documentation contractor assisting a national pharmacy to implement a totally automated mail order pharmacy, the first to be approved in the United States. The project required implementing equipment maintenance protocols, operational procedures, and formalized workforce training that met pharmacy board requirements.
Technology Acquisition and Training
We designed and developed the operational processes for a global manufacturer of laundry detergent. The scope of the project was the entire plant operation both formulation and packaging and entailed the development of operating procedures, technical worker training, trainer training, and supervisory development.
Manufacturing Optimization
Our firm provided technical support for a project to reorganize the manufacturing work flow at a global cosmetics manufacturer. The project entailed the redesign of the workforce structure, and the development of operating protocols, maintenance procedures, and worker technical training. Work cells were redesigned for greater manufacturing efficiency. The project was effective and implemented the foundation for future business growth.
New Technology Transfer
Helped a chemical manufacturer to design and develop the operational processes and interfaces for a new chemical processing plant. The project entailed analyzing the operational processes at three similar company manufacturing locations, coordinating our findings with design engineering, and developing preliminary procedures to be implemented at plant startup.
